1. Order Processing
All Jetty Works apparel is produced on-demand.
Orders are sent to production within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes to sizing, color, or design.
2. Shipping Policy
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–9 business days from the date your order is fulfilled.
Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal surges.
Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Jetty Works Outfitters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
