JETTY WORKS OUTFITTERS — MERCHANT POLICIES

1. Order Processing

All Jetty Works apparel is produced on-demand.

Orders are sent to production within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes to sizing, color, or design.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–9 business days from the date your order is fulfilled.
  • Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal surges.
  • Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Jetty Works Outfitters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or buyer’s remorse.

We do replace items that arrive:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Wrong item received

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production.

Most orders begin production within 12–24 hours, so cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Square.

Square accepts major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Your card is charged at the time the order is placed.

Jetty Works Outfitters does not store or access any payment information.

6. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address, per state and local regulations.

7. Shipping Errors & Delivery Issues

If your package is marked “Delivered” but does not arrive:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If still not found, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Replacement decisions are made case-by-case.

8. Philanthropy Commitment

A portion of every sale goes to support the Coast Guard Foundation.

This donation is made by Jetty Works Outfitters and is not a customer tax-deductible contribution.
